Terms of Service

You need an account to keep an atlas, and you must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. People you invite to a trip can join as guests without an account; guest sessions are limited to the trip they were invited to.

Your scratches, saved places, notes, and trips remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to store, process, and display that content back to you and to the people you share it with. You're responsible for what you upload or import, and for having the right to use it.

• Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-extract the service or other users' content.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, paywalls, or access controls.
• Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.
• Don't use the service to harass others or to send spam invitations.
• Don't interfere with the service's availability or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Atlasly is in closed beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and limits may be adjusted. We'll give notice of material changes to paid features where we reasonably can.

The core of Atlasly is free, with the limits described on our pricing page. Atlasly Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through our payments provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Read-only atlas links and public trip links are unlisted but not secret: anyone with the link can view them. You can revoke a link at any time from the app.

Itinerary drafts, best-time windows, and imported place matches are generated automatically and can be wrong or out of date. Always verify travel details — opening times, visas, prices, safety guidance — with an authoritative source before relying on them.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including travel costs or missed trips.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your atlas, wishlist, and trips. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to hello@atlasly.world.
